Expert testimony: Our in-house expert can testify in legal proceedings against enrollees. We can also produce reports, maps and other data to submit as evidence in court proceedings.
Custom reports: If our library of 280+ existing reports cannot meet a specific needs of a supervising agency, our report writing team can either customize an existing report or develop a new custom report to meet the agency’s need.
Annual Training Institute: All customers are invited to attend our annual Training Institute to share ideas and suggestions for our monitoring system. It is also an opportunity for our customers to network with each other and learn from each other on their use of our system to develop best practices.
Unlimited live on-site/online training and access to online training library: We know agencies experience turnover in the ranks of its supervising agents and those agents joining the electronic monitoring program need training. We provide as much training as an agency needs through on-site or online classes or a combination of the two. All supervising agents also have around-the-clock access to our secure online library of training materials. Among the materials available are training guides, user manual, quick-tip cards and on-demand videos.
Lifetime warranty: STOP warrants all of the equipment is manufactures against malfunction as long as the enrollee did not abuse, damage or neglect it.
No-questions-asked return policy: Supervising agents can return any piece of equipment to STOP at any time and for any reason. When returning a piece of equipment, the supervising agent doesn’t need to explain the reason for the return.
